Discovery first. Real creative work alongside it. A 90-day creative strategy and studio partnership for Shoreline City.

90 daysTwo partnership options

The opportunity

Make the next season visible.

Shoreline has a clear ministry vision and a meaningful next season ahead.

The opportunity is to help the team move important creative work now, then use that live work to clarify the creative expression and online experience that can carry the ministry forward.

Discovery remains the foundation of the engagement. The difference is that Discovery now happens alongside selected live creative work. Neww will listen, observe, and understand the house before prescribing a permanent solution, while beginning to relieve immediate execution pressure during the opening weeks.

Over 90 days, Neww will learn the house through real work. We will bring creative direction, strategy, design, and production to a focused set of priorities while turning the strongest choices into an approach Shoreline can continue using.

The expanded partnership adds a focused online-campus track: what it exists to do, whom it serves, how people participate, and what Shoreline should test first.

01 / The opportunity

One creative challenge.
Two connected scales.

01

Make the next season visible

Neww will work alongside Shoreline to translate Pastor Oneka’s vision into clear creative direction, support work already in motion, and develop a more recognizable expression of the house.

The live work becomes the source for a Shoreline Creative North Star: concise principles and examples that can guide future designers, writers, ministry leads, and collaborators.

02 · OPTION 02

Give the online campus a ministry purpose

Define how Shoreline’s online presence can become a meaningful extension of the ministry: whom it can serve, the experience it should create, and the forms of participation that connect attention to relationship, community, discipleship, generosity, service, and local belonging.

The result is an Online Campus Blueprint and one initial creative pilot grounded in ministry purpose—not a technology build.

02 / How we work

Listen. Make.
Learn. Carry forward.

We begin with the questions that matter—not answers we have not earned yet.

Focused Truth Sessions anchor Discovery. We get under the hood with the right leaders and operators, then Neww carries the synthesis so Shoreline can keep running the church.

01

Listen deeply

Understand the vision, current season, existing work, team, workflows, systems, and priorities already in motion.

02

Make alongside the team

Begin agreed priority creative work immediately and review it through a weekly studio rhythm.

03

Learn from live work

Use real projects to identify the creative principles and online choices that hold across contexts.

04

Carry the learning forward

Leave Shoreline with finished work, a usable Creative North Star, and a clear next sequence.

03 / The 90 days

Discovery first.
Movement from the beginning.

Days 1–30

Discovery and immediate support

Focused Truth Sessions with leadership and operators clarify Shoreline’s vision, current season, team, workflows, existing work, systems, and definition of success. Together we select live proving-ground projects and begin agreed creative execution while Discovery is underway.

By day 30: Discovery findings, agreed creative priorities, initial operating observations, first live work in motion, and a confirmed direction for the remaining 60 days. Option 02 also receives a readiness decision for the online-campus track.

Days 31–60

Make and learn

Develop and review priority work, establish a lighter studio rhythm, identify the choices that feel true to Shoreline, and turn those choices into a working Creative North Star. In Option 02, define the online-campus purpose, audience situations, participation path, and desired experience.

Days 61–90

Test and carry forward

Apply the emerging direction to additional live work, refine it through use, and complete agreed priorities. Finalize the Creative North Star and day-91 recommendation. Option 02 also concludes with the Online Campus Blueprint, first creative pilot, learning plan, progress signals, and 12-month sequence.

04 / Outcomes

What Shoreline walks away with.

01

Discovery findings

An honest picture of Shoreline’s current creative operation, immediate priorities, strongest opportunities, and recommended order of work.

02

Priority creative work

Agreed projects designed and produced during the engagement within the active studio capacity.

03

Shoreline Creative North Star

The central creative idea, principles, and examples that make the house recognizable across future work.

04

A working studio rhythm

A lighter way to move from ministry priority to brief, review, decision, and finished work.

05 · OPTION 02

Online Campus Blueprint

Purpose, priority audience situations, participation path, channel roles, one first pilot, and honest progress signals.

06

Next 12 months

A sequenced view of the creative, content, digital, and capacity investments that matter next.

Execution may include campaign systems, event and ministry graphics, social and digital assets, presentations, online-campus creative, landing-page design, email creative, templates, and adaptations across agreed formats. Priorities and realistic delivery expectations will be set together each week based on complexity and available capacity.

05 / Working together

Beside the team.
Not above it.

Neww will work alongside Shoreline’s creative leads and team as a day-to-day creative partner, absorbing agreed priority work while helping establish the roles, briefs, decisions, and review rhythm the team can carry forward.

LEADERSHIP

Focused involvement

  • Pastor Oneka: one 45–60 minute vision session, then targeted review at key creative decisions
  • Pastor Earl: one 30–45 minute outcomes session, then targeted review at key decisions
  • Shoreline retains ministry direction, final creative authority, publication authority, personnel decisions, and budget approval
STUDIO

Weekly movement

  • One weekly prioritization and studio session
  • Shared active priorities, owners, and decisions
  • One designated Shoreline owner and consolidated approver
  • Asynchronous reviews as needed
  • A midpoint review and final leadership presentation

06 / Delivery rules

Enough structure to protect momentum.

WORKSTREAMS

Focused bodies of work

A workstream is one related body of work with a single objective, accountable owner, approved brief, target date, deliverable set, and review path. Neww will maintain no more than two active creative workstreams at one time.

Before work begins, Neww will confirm the brief, complexity, review cycle, and expected delivery range.

REVIEWS + URGENCY

Clear decisions

Each deliverable includes up to two consolidated review rounds unless agreed otherwise. A change to an approved brief, audience, message, or direction may require reprioritization or revised timing.

An urgent request may displace scheduled work by agreement. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, and holiday work depends on availability and may require a separate fee.

The engagement is primarily remote. Travel or onsite work requires written approval and is scoped separately. Delayed source material, access, feedback, or approvals may move dependent delivery dates.

07 / Focus and boundaries

Protect the work that creates the most value.

08 / Partnership options

Two complete ways to begin.

Option 01 focuses on Shoreline’s immediate creative priorities. Option 02 adds a bounded online-campus strategy and first creative pilot.

OPTION 01

Creative Studio Partnership

$15,000 / month
90 days · $45,000 total

  • Focused immersion into Shoreline’s vision, season, calendar, and references
  • Selection of the highest-value creative priorities
  • Hands-on creative direction, design, and production
  • Weekly studio sessions
  • Up to two active creative workstreams
  • A Shoreline Creative North Star developed from live work
  • Final recommendation for the next creative season

Outcome: Turn the next 90 days of ministry priorities into a coherent body of creative work while establishing an approach the team can continue using.

OPTION 02 · WORKING RECOMMENDATION

Creative Studio + Online Campus Partnership

$20,000 / month
90 days · $60,000 total

  • Everything included in Option 01
  • A clear purpose and role for the online campus
  • Priority audience situations and needs
  • The path from first encounter through deeper participation
  • Channel roles for YouTube, direct relationships, content, community, and ministry programs
  • An Online Campus Blueprint
  • One initial creative concept or prototype—without technical implementation
  • Progress signals and a 12-month learning sequence

Why this is our working recommendation: It connects the creative work Shoreline needs now with the ministry experience that online work should serve. Final readiness depends on Shoreline naming an owner, approvers, and available inputs for the online track.

Both options are billed monthly. There is no automatic commitment beyond the initial 90 days. At the end, Shoreline may choose local ownership, a hire, periodic Neww guidance, selected Neww execution, a separately scoped implementation phase, or no continuation.

The 90 days end with finished priority work, a creative direction Shoreline can use, and a clear next sequence grounded in what the work revealed.
